Simpsons Chubby 2 (2 band)

Hello,
I got this brush which was advertised as a 2 band, however it does not looks like other pictures of 2 band brushes I've seen.
Would like your opinion if this a "real" 2 band brush or not.
price was over 200USD.

Also, this brush has really prominent odor of "wet hair" - it almost stinks of it, is that normal?

it looks like 2 band to me. it's okay if you see a touch of the 3rd band.

other than the smell, is it just the aesthetics you don't like?

how does it perform as a shave brush?
