If I could only shave more than once a day, twice on occasion, I'd use each of them more without having to resort to hand lathering.

Quite simply, for now anyway, 8 is Enough!

What are your favorites?

I have to say that the hands down favorite for now is the "new" Commodore X3. It has the right amount of backbone and floppiness that makes face lathering a real pleasure.

However, I just got the Chubby 2 and the AS2M so they haven't had a good chance yet to show me what they got.

The thing with the Simpson brushes is that I can grab any one of them and have a great shave, and I LOVE that about them.

I like the Special and think that if space was a consideration it would be a great travel brush. The thing is that it works great as an everyday brush too despite is diminutive size.

The hair is NOT scratchy and prickly. I was expecting it when I tried it for the first time and it wasn't anything like what I expected. It is a relatively inexpensive brush, for a Simpson, and worth giving a try IMHO.

Good and bad in a way. Definitely looking forward to it, but it just might open the doorway for more Simpson Pure badgers. Thanks very much bbarton! I should have mine here before next Monday most likely so looking forward to it!
