Simple Soothing Face Toner

I discovered this stuff at WalMart called Simple Soothing Face Toner.I'm sure it is geared towards females, but I picked up the green bottle and read the ingredients and saw lots of skin goodies.

Water (Aqua, Eau), Sorbitol, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Bark/Leaf/Twig Extract, Panthenol, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Allantoin, Sodium PCA, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Propylene Glycol, 2-Bromo-2-Nitropropane-1,3-Diol, Methylparaben

So,at $6.99,I figured why not?I'll give it a shot after a shave.Well, after my shave and a splash of cold water ,I splashed some on and wow,not bad. It's alcohol free so there was no burn and felt refreshing and calmed the skin.Oh,forgot to mention it is 100% fragrance free.I'm looking to find a glass bottle to put it in.

I use this as a toner before bed. I prefer my alcohol based A/S, but definitely think this would work as a soothing, unscented A/S.

I picked it up at my local grocery store. I'm sure it's available at most drug stores as well.

I've been using the Simple face wash, scrub and moisturizers lately. They do have very good ingredients and are fragrance free. They seem to be working very well for me. I wouldn't mind trying this product as well. The ingredient list looks very nice. My local CVS carries Simple products but they keep putting out coupons for them and all the extreme coupon ladies come in and fill up their carts and leave the shelves bare. I'm fairly certain that extreme couponers will end up burning in hell for eternity  but until then they are just here to irritate me. :001_tt2:

Methylparaben (a preservative) is generally recognized as safe, yet some studies indicate it may react with ultraviolet light (specifically, UVB) and increase the rate of skin aging and the risk of skin cancer. You'll notice that a lot of skin care products are labelled as "paraben free"; Lucky Tiger reformulated theirs to take out the parabens.

Just be aware of what you're getting, is all.

Any other good (paraban, sulfate, (bad stuff) free toners out there? I used to get MyChelle Spash (toning A/S), but it's a little expensive.

add to my previous post.

If I use Thayers Witch Hazel right after shaving or during non shaving days, can I eliminate an additional toner?
