Silver Star vs Astra SS

Which do you prefer?

I didn't vote as I don't prefer any of them. Both are very good blades, but are quite different for me. The Silver Star is much sharper. I just use them in different razors and get very good results.

Both blades are very good, but for me the Silver Star is just a little bit better.

I like them both but the Silver Star is just a bit more exotic and smoother but they are very close in quality.Got 100 of both they are both in my blade rotation and I am happy with them......cheap too....8.00 -100!

I've used both and like both. I purchased 100 Astra SS a while back, but have a tuck of Silver Star still around.

Whichever one I used last is my favorite. When I use the other it will be my favorite ( lather, rinse, repeat ). Both are very smooth and efficient blades for me in multiple razors in my collection, and since both are a good value price wise I have a lot of each.

The Silver Star is in my regular blade rotation.

I do not care for the Astra blades and keep trying different razors to see if I can find a good match.
