This is my question to barberdave

Hello barberdave. Do you do shaves as well? I'm a fan of the old style straight razor shave so I could be interested if a shave is included in the price. It's got to be a real stropped razor though, none of these shavette things that take a disposable blade.

This post reminds me of a friend from years gone by. When I lived in Laredo, he and I would walk across the bridge and have a few drinks and he loved to barter the price down on stuff. this guy would argue over 10 cents on something but would bring 10 bucks in change to throw to the kids over there. Go figure. One day when we were "across" there he was haggling with a barber over the price of a potential haircut. I told him "Jeff if there's one thing in the world you don't haggle over the price of, its a haircut".
