Not according to these folks.
I found one of these near my parents house at an antique store.
Didn't buy it, but I may in the future.
I also passed on a Wade and Butcher chopper with bone handle(black) and a wedge blade. $45

The King takes a proprietary blade so it's only good for that odd ball razor collection

Looks like a King Oscillator. It was made by the King Oscillating Razor Co. in Minneapolis back in the mid 40's or so. If it was in good shape and wasn't too much money, I'd be tempted to pick it up.

I don't know if you'd really call it "rare" but they aren't something you come upon every day and it would certainly be a conversation piece in a collection.
