Side edges on double edge safety razor blades

doctordial

my brain goes "thonk"
I was talking to a man that works in the same building that I work in and he wised up and got a double edge safety razor and said he likes it better than the multiple blades and also said that the multiple razors cost to much for the amount of blades you get and that he was tired of how the made his neck look and feel. He said he got a smooth shave with less passes. Now he said the sides that stick out were used to trim your mustache. I never knew or that the edges were used to trim the mustache or that they were sharp enough to do so. Is this true? I've never tried it.

Pay him back with your own leg pull. The alignment holes in the middle of the blade will allow you to imitate bird calls by placing the blade vertical between your teeth and lips and blowing through it. With a little practice you can even use it as a duck call.
