I have developed a list of fountain pens that I would one day like to own. It's not a terribly long list but it includes a few fairly ridiculous pens, then several more reasonably priced, accessible pens.

So here's the game (or whatever) that I would like to propose for this thread. Please list three pens you would like to own, but have not yet bought for one reason or another, and provide a photo of each. This list will probably change for me from month to month, and it's not necessarily realistic. These are sort of the "in my wildest dreams" pens, and they're listed in no particular order.

1) Delta Chatterley Stantuffo Star in Celestial Blue
2) Visconti Wall Street in Green (preferably the limited edition piston filler... I like piston fillers and the celluloid grip section on this pen)
3) Onoto Magna Classic in Blue Ice

I may never purchase any of these pens, but they're on "the list" anyway, for fun if nothing else.

I will definitely purchase a heki-tamenuri decapod or decapod twist one day (clipless version, though). I really like how much opportunity there is for the green to show through on those pens.

Sorry about mentioning the ever-so-difficult-to-find Visconti piston Wall Street.

Ooooooo.. that's nice. Funny thing is, I've never even seen any model of Pelikan in real life, but I want to some day. I just can't justify spending $100 or more on a pen to the wife. Maybe for our 20th anniversary I can get her to buy me a a 400nn. Yeah, that'd do.

Anyone else? These don't necessarily have to be wildly expensive pens. Just something you're contemplating but haven't purchased yet for some reason. I like seeing what fountain pens people are considering because it may turn me onto some pens I don't yet know about. This is basically an enabling request, although that's probably the last thing I need.

Okay, I'll play. Just for background I have an arsenal of TWSBIs and Kaweco's that I love and use every day. But for the next three I'm looking at these:

Sailor full-size 1911
I'm likely going to get this one for Christmas


And the two others that I'll own one day:

A Nakaya in aka-tamenuri. I just love the urushi finish but am having a hard time justifying the cost. My better half would have a fit if she knew!


Third will probably be another Nakaya but yet to be determined.
