Should I trust eBay?

Looking for Penhaligon's BB.

Amazon and other sites have the 100ml at US$ 110.

But this eBay dude has it much cheaper:

What gives? Are there "fakes" around?

I purchased a 50ml bottle of Pens Endymion from this seller on ebay before and it is the real thing.
The bottles without the bow are typically from their outlet stores in England.
There are a few sellers on the bay that sell them.

My general rule with scents is to not trust eBay or even consider it for scents.
Wayyy too easy to scam. Who needs counterfeits- just empty a bottle and fill it some cheap shyt.

BUT, if some in here have dealt with the guy you reference, go with their input.

I just purchased from this supplier and the BB is the real thing. They also have an actual website with other Pens products that you can buy if you don't want to purchase it from ebay. On their website, price is $64.50 U.S. dollars plus shipping. Delivery took only 1 week from England to Wisconsin. I was really pleased with the whole transaction and communication. I will buy from them again. I don't remember, is it O.k. to post a link to another website? If so, I can post their web address here.

For ebay purchases or shopping, I usually use ebay tools to check buyers' feedback of sellers (and sellers' responses). So far my own purchases have been good ones, but I have seen a lot of bad feedback and would personally avoid those sellers.
