Shaving with Astroglide!

For some reason I got it into my head to try shaving with Astroglide. For those of you who don't know it's a personal lubricant and it's very slick. It wasn't bad. No nicks or razor burn and that's with a Feather Artist Club. I did have to reapply it a couple of times. Don't think I'll be switching to this though. Astroglide is pricey!

I also bought the maca root shaving oil from The Body Shop. I've only tried it once, but it does the job. Nothing special.

I'm starting to think that I can use whatever I want on my face as long as it's not a soap of any kind. Soaps just dry my skin out too much and then I start cutting myself. I don't like it when I cut myself!

Just go by some glycerine and add it to your lather.

I might add that the CF pre-shave sample I tried smelled just like Astroglide. So, you have to wonder.
