I have a custom on order since the 23rd and im wondering how long do they usually take to send them out?

I ordered couple of times from Bernd, turn around time was like 2-3 weeks.

Aah thank you that's a great relief, i had a fedex slip here and i was worried if it was for the brush, last thing id want is it being sent back.

I fired an email to their usual address just to see what the status is, i did think seeing as they're a premium brand it commands a premium waiting time.

Sometimes they take longer because they're stuck in customs. I had a recent order that (from the time my order was in to the time it arrived at my door) took just 6 days to arrive all the way from Germany.
I'm having a hard time dealing with that premium wait time you are talking about. 2-3 weeks ouch. Bernd told me it would take an extra 3-5 days to have one made custom. It's all good... after all it's a Custom built brush I ordered right? My problem is I have zero patience when I buy stuff. Especially with the anticipation I have for this $130 work of art.
I ordered and sent payment for my Custom D01 on the 29th. Should get mine shortly after you hopefully.
He has been average about getting back to my Email's. A little delayed (couple days) at times maybe but he will definitely get back with you. I'm sure he is a very busy. I sent one last night to ask the status of my order and haven't received a reply as of yet.

You definitely just have to be patient when it comes to Custom Shavemacs. Mine all took a couple weeks or more between being made and landing in the US.
Bernd is pretty busy, so I would try to avoid emailing him, unless there's a problem with something.
