Shave brushes on Amazon for $20-30

Wanted to see what people were able to find were the best brushes on Amazon for the $20-30 price range. I cant really go elsewhere than Amazon, since I have a gift card coming from there. I have been seeing a lot of Parker black badger and Omega Pure badger brushes, but not able to see anything else I like the look of, but thought you'd guys know what works best

for $35 or so i would go with the H.I.S. synthetic.

I started with an EJ best badger which worked pretty darn well. I think I got it for about 35$ on Amazon, so it might push the budget but served me well for a daily driver for a while.

+1 on the H.I.S. Other than that an Omega Pro 48 is about the only other thing I saw that I like on Amazon. From time to time they have Semogue brushes, but they apparently are not there right now.

There are a couple of Vie-Long brushes although some may be beyond your price range.

There's a $23 Col. Conk badger brush on Amazon that's just a rebranded Vulfix. It's not the best brush but it was my first and it is actually pretty decent quality for the price. Mine is not scratchy at all and is very soft and is okay at lathering soaps but it is great at lathering creams. I would recommend it if you are looking to stick to the lower end of your budget.

What is a H.I.S. brush? I know it stands for something just don't know what.

I would buy a Franks shaving brush in finest for ~$25ish from ebay or google search for an online store. Then, spend the $20 gift card on some soaps or shaving creams.
