Semogue pegasus boar or mistura

I'm looking to purchase one of these brushes but am in a little bit of a tight spot economically, which means I'd have to save up for a little while before purchasing it.
Want to make sure this is a good brush for me, so I'm looking for anyone who ows one or both of these brushes that could give me an honest opinion.
I've never tried a Semogue brush and am also curious whether this would be a good first Semogue.

Coming from only using Omega brushes and currently own;
Faux jade from connaught shaving
Proraso pro
Mixed midget

If you want to save money, Semogue boars are really good brushes. I have both boar and mistura, but not in the Pegasus line.

Honestly, you do not need such a large knot. I'd suggest the C5 Torga which is a dense 24mm that feels like a more compact version of the Semogue Owner's Club (same type of bristles, very densely packed). Should cost around $20-25.

My recommendation: SOC Boar, cherry wood. A bit cheaper than either Pegasus, and sets the standard against which other Semogues should be measured.

The SOC is nice but the 1250 will get about the same impact for only about $15 bucks while you decide. Mine was $10 on the B.S.T. -- a great first Semogue brush with premium bristles and a similar handle but beech wood.

I'd wait to get the mistura when I could afford it.

Here's the one I got, it wasn't even broken in yet (now it is!)
