Semogue or Rooney

If "one" was to be considering a Semogue 730 or 730HD, why would one choose one over the other? I know that it is about the density. I really like the acrylic handle. I have only used a boar, but want to try a badger, maybe. I am a soap user and a face latherer and may just get the 620 instead. Save money and get a few other goodies with it.
I have also been considering a Rooney 1/2 or 1/1 in super. Why are there so many choices?????? I cannot make up my mind. I believe that I do have it narrowed down now!

I'm beginning to believe that if you mainly use soap and face lather, then a small good quality boar is all you need. Good backbone and soft tips. I find the tips of boar softer than even Silvertip brushes, particularly dense silvertip. I have yet to try two-band hair, maybe I never will.

If you use creams/bowl lather/want a bit of pampering at the weekend, then a larger, soft silvertip (SR, Vulfix, Shavemac, Semogue...) brush would be ideal.

So there you have it - a versatile two-brush setup!

With what you wrote the 730HD if you want a Badger and use soaps...

If you aren't really sure you want to toss the money grab the 620 a boar can do everything a badger can.
