Second razor: 7/8 in zebrawood

Here is my second razor ever made, but the first one I would call a "real " custom :)

Blade is made from O2, the scales are zebrawood, with a grenadil (african blackwood) wedge and silver-nickel pins. I was a bit surprised how well this one turned out, almost everything is how I wanted it. The only thing I will change in the future is the finish grinding, I was a bit hasty there, so the edge isn't perfectly even, but even so it took a very nice edge easily.

My next razors will have my stamp on them, this one was HT-ed before it was ready :)

Please let me know how you like it!

PS: Kentos, yours is already in the oven, it will be in my hands soon! :001_smile

beautiful!!! would love to see a view of the blackwood wedge contrast with the zebrawood :)

is there a que starting?? LOL

I really like the fact that the scales match the shape of the blade. You asked for opinions - apart from the grind that you mentioned, I would only question the tang which looks a bit short and stumpy to my eyes. Maybe a slight redesign of the curve from heel right through to tang to make is slimmer would be beneficial. That's just my opinion of course but overall it looks great.
