So how is the guy in the video I posted able to change the blade so easily?

The method of replacement is probably not a good idea as the blade alignment that would be had with an injected blade would not have the same straightness as a properly inserted blade.

On the other hand, this might be a good idea with Proline B-20 blades if you can align them as you wish. Because the corners are rounded they usually sit slightly too far forward on the end stops, making the razor too aggressive.
