Schick Injector M16 question

I recently acquired a NOS Schick Injector with an M16 stamp. The box it came in referred to Twin Blades, but no mention of regular injector blades.
The razor didn't come with any blades. I suppose that there were blades in the razor package, but there's no mention of them on the package.
The question is this: can this razor take conventional injector blades?

Yes, that is an L Type and it can take regular or twin injector blades. Enjoy it, it is a smooth shaver.

I'm a bit confused. The stamp is, I think, M16. What distinguishes it as an "L" type?

The M16 is not a model number. Years ago a gentleman by the name of Appleby came up with the various Types to identify the different models.

Don't remember exactly, but I think the M16 is a Schick factory code. It has nothing to do with razor type as noted above.
