Royal Violets by Agustin Reyes

Just picked up a bottle of this EDC - mostly because I was curious - and it was incredibly cheap. Five dollars for a 5 oz bottle.

It is quite nice, and I think it's going to find a spot in my rotation as an AS (rather than an EDC).

Top notes of violet are rounded with a middle accord of Bergamot, Lily of the Valley, and touch of Rose. The warm bottom notes are a mix of Sandalwood, Vetiver, and Orris with a hint of Vanilla

It has been discussed on this board before, I found threads about a year old or so. Seems the brand has been around for about 75 years, so it is no new comer to the scene.

Has anyone else tried this? What are your thoughts?.

I have tried this particular cologne before and I must say I did like it a lot. The store I found it at though closed about a year ago and I haven't been able to find it since then.

I have used it as an Aftershave but it fell out of the rotation. I may give it a shot again. I alternate between really liking it, and feeling cold towards it
