WTB Rooney Victorian and other Heritage brushes

I am looking for lightly used/well kept or NOS Rooney Heritage brushes, specifically a
Victorian, but I am also interested in the Urn, the Highlander as well as any size 2 or
larger brushes.

I'd be wary of that Rooney and others of recent vintage. Rooney's quality went downhill well over a decade ago. They used to be reliable, high quality, but that all changed. The company was incommunicado, wouldn't answer their phone or accept returns. Customers were complaining of shedding and other quality issues. Some even questioned whether they were still made in England. They lost their retailers and became moribund. I believe they are now out of business. A sad end to a venerable British institution.

Thank you for your sound advice. I believe that it is a used brush. I will make inquiries as to when the seller bought it and any shedding issues.

I had a Rooney Emillion from a few years ago. It was nothing special, but didn't have any issues either. I probably wouldn't look for another one, but if I saw one cheap I wouldn't be afraid of it either.
