I decided to try some premium brushes. I have been a fan of silertips by custom makers and found myself wanting to try the "top line" brushes. I decided to try the Best Badger grades since I am finding my silvertips too soft. Well I started with a Rooney Style 3 Large in Best Badger. All I can say is - This is one great brush. Much more satisfing than my silvertips. I have a Kent Best Badger on the way and plan on try both a Simpsons and Thater. I am totally suprised at the difference of the Rooney compared to my other brushes.
