I have a couple rolls that I have to send the blades off to be honed. And I have seen some 7 day Wilkinson empires for sale on ebay. Does anyone shave with these two that would do a comparison of build quality and shave quality of each.

I have one of each. Both are well built but the Wilkinson is more elaborate with far more mechanical bits in its handle. The Rolls handle is simplicity with most of the mechanism in the honing/stropping mech. However, I shave with neither. They are collector placeholders only.
Likewise, I have both. The Rolls is easier sharpen, but it is very difficult, if not almost impossible to achieve a level of sharpness comparable to a modern double or single edge disposable blade. I have tried them and do not care for shaving with them, therefore collectible items.
