Did anyone build a razor like the rolls? Most straight razors are the same. DE all have the same design. But was rolls the only company to make a straight razor with a handle?

Darwin made a similar kit (two models, the "Deluxe" and the "Universal"). The case is has the stropping mechanism built in, and the wedge blade attaches to a separate handle ala the Rolls. I'm not in a position to post a photo of mine right now. There's a couple decent pictures here:
