Rollerball I Picked Up

So I use a F-C model 27 for the most part, but the medium nib bleeds through paper rapidly and sometimes I need to access a pen quickly. I didn't want to use a cheap pen since I really enjoy the quality ink the fountain uses. I decided to look through previous threads and someone had mentioned Cross. I used a Cross Morph when I was in high school and loved it so I decided to look for something that was thin enough to fit in my pen sleeve and had quality ink. I found the teal colored Cross Click. The color reminds me of a 1950's car's paint job (which I really enjoy). It writes incredibly smoothly and does not bleed through thin paper. If anyone is thinking about getting a rollerball as a side pen, I highly recommend this one. -Ben

That looks nice, and the click functionality is very practical. I love my Retro 51 Tornado RB for its beauty (brown / copper finish), weight, and smoothness in writing, if you ever look for something with a bit more heft to it. The only issue I had was having refills either dry up while in storage or going through refills quickly (4 - 6 weeks) when used on a daily basis.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll keep my eye on this for a practical, daily-use RB.
