I have a feeling he'll be back. No insider information, just my gut.
I think it is so odd to kill off a main character..and for no good reason. He was a popular character so I just don't get it....other than for ratings. I hope he'll be back.

Wow, didn't see that coming. Those Brian and Stewie episodes were the show's best.
I agree that he'll likely return too. Brian and Stewie together were great. I suspect we will find out it was all a dream or that Stewie will build another time machine and change things.

There are upcoming episodes with his name in the title so I have my figures crossed that this is some kind of cruel joke. If Seth is serious, and Brian is gone, I will not watch family guy any more.

I'm going to be that guy and say... if Fox should bring back anything it should be Firefly. Let the hate commence, just not in the face, its how I make my money.
He never did finish that novel.
Hollywood did that for him already though.
