I don't know offhand, but I know Lynn has said that it can be done rather easily. I bet you you shoot the folks at SRD an email they'd get back to you and you could share with the rest of us.
You should ask SRD first as was previously said, but I'd think just unscrewing the top and disassembling the strop would be the first step. From there you could probably use a water hose and sprayer and get most of it or throw it in a washing machine. The design of their strops makes them really easy to take apart and treat or clean.
