Nice looking boot. I looked for pricing info online but was unsuccessful. As these are lined, I'm guessing that they will not be cheap. I have a RedWing dealer around the corner so I might stop by and inquire.
Very nice, I have 2 pairs of Loakes shoes but not boots......yet 
they are probably around $300. I doubt your Redwing dealer has even heard of these, they tend to not sell any of the USA Redwings, just the cheap foriegn made ones. I wore my Gentleman Travelers to my Redwing dealer and he said, "those are nice but we only sell Redwings here"
I really like Chukkas, been wearing them since 1965. Currently wearing a pair of Timberlines.

I wore my GTs and the guy flipped out! He was like "Wow! those are really nice!" uhh yeah I know...This was when zappos just started selling them a few years ago...He had a pamphlet with the heritage line and he said hed order me a pair but he never called me back. I wanna get a whisey GT.
Gotta have those. A vastly updated version of the suede models I wore and wore and wore during junior and senior high. And I see the suede models are in vogue again as well....

Ok...just reading this thread has me a bit worried. I plan on going to my Redwing store tomorrow for some Gentleman Travellers. How would you say the sizing is? I usually wear a size 12 US in Dr. Marten shoes.
Beautiful! I love Red Wings! I purchase a pair of their safety boots every year. The company covers up to $150.
GTs run huge on me. My foot measures 9 and 7.5 fits me. So at least 1 size big. They are both long in the toe and heel. Your best bet is to order 2 pairs from zappos and return the one that doesn't fit.
From the pix it is a Goodyear welt, so they can be resoled.

Yup. Totally going to try to grab a pair in the "chili" color. They look great.
Well its a bit of a highjack, but I just purchased the Gentleman Traveler. Hope the 11.5 Works out. Unfortunately my Red Wing store didnt carry them, and i had a better deal on ebay.
