Recommendations for artisanal after shave balms

I'm finding that I'm simply not a great fan of liquid aftershaves. I decided to try out a balm (I got nivea or something at the department store) and I like the feel of it more, but I'm a man of artisan tastes. I want to support small business. So what are some names I should look into?

I really like the house formula lotion from the Soap Opera, Madison WI. I get through Madison from time to time, so I can stop in their store. I've heard their shipping costs are on the high side for online orders. Their shavings soaps also have a following.
