Razor holder

Thanks to a previous thread, I dug my 20% off Bed, Bath & Beyond coupon out of the trash and bopped on down to the BB&B. Came out with 2 of these toothbrush-now-razor holders. $12.99 each, the coupon gave me 20% off of one of them.

One holds my 4 different color vintage Lady Gillette razors in the display curio.

The other, seen below, resides in my bathroom and holds my rotation.

I have looked at that exact same holder the past two times I have been there and thought, hmmmmm. Looks like it works good, next time I'll have to buy it.

Personally I don't like using hard metal holders for my razors because of the potential for damage. So I use wooden test tube racks, which are much kinder to my precious collection.

Not much damage to be done unless you're slamming them into the holder. But yes, I've read people using wood test tube racks and wood smoking pipe stands.

The original thread I referred to in the initial post, is here and as an FYI, my BB&B did have that one. It was on clearance (as was the whole model line - matching soap dispenser, tissue box, etc.) for $9.99 but they had only 1 of the holders left and it was damaged - it didn't sit flat on the counter, it wobbled. So if you go to BB&B, look for it too.
