Razor Help Needed

My question comes from reading some prvious posts and some info from vendor sites. The question is who makes the shaving head for the Edwin Jagger DE87? I have seen some info that credits Muhle with making the head for the DE 87. That said, is the head on the Muhle R106 the same as the head on the EJ DE 87? Is the only difference between the two the handle and the name on the handle? Will I get the same shave from both these razor's using the same blade?

Incase anyone else is interested, Bob from Best Grooming Tools was kind enough to provide an answer. Bob said that both Muhle and Jagger collaberated on the head and it is the same on both razors. Thanks Bob.

Yes, Muhle make the heads for Edwin Jagger razors and they have a number that have the same head. The different handles can make them feel quite different though.
