My wife tried my Mergress the other day and loved it. She thought that the handle was a little on the short side. What are some of the longer handle DE razors? I know of the Progress XL and the Futur, and between those I would probably get her the Progress XL and send it off to Mer for him to add his knob. Are there any others I should look at?

If she is not in the only a new razor will work camp, many ladies seem to really like the long handled Lady Gillette razors. They are mild like the superspeeds but the long handle seems to work well for their needs.

I would second the 'Lady Gillette' and a Gillette "Slim Twist' might fit the bill.

A Long Handle Super Adjustable is just the thing. She can customize it to one of 9 different settings depending on her shave style and her choice of blade. The long handle is a plus for leg shaving. If she doesn't love it, you will.

I got mine the lady Gillette which she loves, I can ALSO recommend the slim and if you can find one a Knack..also too, a Krona

I bought my wife a Lady Gillette. She really likes it.
My ex really liked her Lady Gillette.
It depends. If she loves you and waits on you hand and foot then a Lady Gillette would be appropriate. If she is always mad at you, a Psycho Gillette in which you have the key may be more appropriate.
If she doesn't want a used razor, the Parker 29L is a lady gillette copy that from what I've seen has good reviews. Best price I've seen is under $30 shipped.
