Razor Bump products

Hello,

I am looking into a product in order to help some of my occasional razor bump or ingrown hairs I get ever so often. I have used the Kiehl's stuff and found it to be useless as well as Tendskin. I have heard ok things about Princereigns and Barc Bump Down Razor Bump Relief. Any opinions on these products whether they are worth the money or if there are much better options to help with this.

Tend Skin is the best thing I've found for existing bumps. If that's not working for you perhaps your technique needs vast improvement? Let's see if we can't find out what is causing these bumps. I'm sure it's some people it would not be effective on though.

I have the Clubman bump repair.
Honestly it doesn't do much.

I'm just wondering if the bumps could be caused from the way you're shaving. Such as going over an area too quickly, or perhaps too long a stroke? The blade you're using might not be the best for your skin. You should look into using an alum block as the block is antiseptic, and is great for the skin right after your shave.

I'd try shorter, smoother strokes and not going over an area several times in a row, by that I mean not going over a shaved area right away, but waiting until you hit it again on another pass, WTG, XTG, ATG, etc.

When your done shaving, rub tha alum block all over your face and neck after you've done your hot and cold water rinse. Leave the alum on while you clean up after your shave. Then rinse off again with cold water before using an alcohol AS or balm.

Thats what I do, and I'll bet I haven't had in ingrown hair in years. Good luck.

I get them when I rush my shave and get careless which happens every so often, or if I decide to be creative and shave in different strokes. MY hair pattern is bizarre for example, on my right jaw line north to south is not against the grain wtg like most, east to west is wtg and west to east against the grain, north to south is xtg. then close to the chin it goes north to south wtg atg. If I don't pay attention I get ingrowns. I used Alum and dropped it for thayers.
