Razor Blade Sampler Pack

So I've tried out 3 out of 5 of my razor blade sampler pack
Lord Platinum's
This one felt like it was giving me the best shave so far, I could feel it cutting hairs. It did give me a little bit of razor burn but not much.
Merkur Super Platinum's
The Merkur's have actually given me the best shave so far. It didn't give me the feel of the Lord's but it ended up with a BBS and no razor burn.
Wilkinson Sword
Not a big fan of this one, it gave me a little bit of razor burn and I only got 2 good shaves out of it.

I'm excited to try the remaining two Kai's and Feathers.

I also didnt like the Wilkinson Sword.
Pay attention thet the pack is thin colletion, you should try some more types of blades.

I use Wilkies everyday. With a pre shave lotion, Ive gotten 3 good shaves, then I check them out.
I guess I could get a few more out of them, just never figured out why Id want to.
When I run out I will be going to Feathers, just because I bought 100 of them before I even tried the Wilkies.
BTW in the Weishi, the combo was down right boring.

About razor burn, that has to do with how much pressure you use, and your lather. I cant see the blade mattering that much.

I love trying new blades all the time. I've tried about 25 different blades, and have even started a collection. you never know when you could find the perfect blade

Just tried a Kai blade. Pretty good, left me with a very nice shave. I would definitively use it again.

Kai is probably the most expensive blade out there right now, which I'm not sure the performance outweighs the cost, I cannot speak from experience for I've never used one, however at the price they're at I can't see myself buying a 100 pack with so many less expensive and quality blades on the market

Finally got around to trying the Feathers. I regret to say I'm a little disappointed based on all the hype. I took it out extremely carefully, based on others comments on it's sharpness I thought it would cut me if I looked at it wrong. But when I started shaving with it, I did not feel it was extremely sharp, not saying it was bad or dull, just nothing like what I expected. Overall it was a good shave.
