QCS Aftershave Balm

I just have to give a shout out to Matthew and QCS for their outstanding aftershave balm. The ingredients are all top-notch, skin-friendly ingredients. The balm is light and goes on non-greasy. Feels great. The scents are wonderful and neither too strong nor too weak.

Another thing I really like is that they sell the aftershave balm in an appropriate container! Many aftershave containers are just WAY too large; it's untenable that you could finish the aftershave before it rots. QCS sells it in a nice, 1 oz container with a squirt mechanism so you can get out a perfect amount.

If you haven't tried QCS aftershave balm, I'd highly encourage you to do so. These are really wonderful aftershaves.

With a review like that, how could I resist! I just ordered a bottle Caymen and Queen Charlotte aftershave... and a couple of bars of soap. I do not suffer from AD, I do not suffer from AD, I do not suffer from AD!

I love their shampoo bars and the aftershave balm sounds great but 1 oz seems rather small for that price. Of course I'll still end up buying it most likely...

The shampoo bars are rather small too but nevertheless work really well for me.

I don't know; I think the price is pretty reasonable. I have a bottle of TwinLuxe aftershave balm ("Face Soothing Lotion") that costs about $70. It looks huge but it's really only 4 ounces. I've been using it about every other day or every third day for about a year and a half and it's maybe halfway gone. It requires only a pea-sized amount. I figure even if I used the QCS stuff everyday it would likely last a year or more. Pretty good deal, if you ask me.

(And no, I don't get a kickback from QCS. I have no affiliation with QCS. I'm just a satisfied customer and I think this aftershave is as good as any on the market.)

I've been contemplating trying QCS after the rave reviews. I'm still stuck on the price but I might jump in if I can't find something else that I fall in love with. Thanks for the review.

I got some on tuesday. Used it yesterday and today. Yesterday, used 2 squirts. Today only 1. I think I prefer the 2-squirt quantity. It is nice stuff for sure.

I'm curious how much others are using.

one squirt on the tip of my finger, dab some on the same finger on the other hand, one finger for one side of the face, one finger for the other. do the same for the neck ... plenty of coverage w/two squirts!

I'm really liking this stuff as well ...moisturizing but not greasy ...great scent! I still love the AS splash w/alcohol in the summer, were as the QCS balm will really come in to play during the winter.

Hello Beatnik, Which scent are you referring to? ("great scent") If it wasn't one that I have on order, I must have it! I do suffer from AD, I do not suffer from AD, I do not suffer from AD!

I totally agree with all of the above. Matthew is great to deal with and his ASB really is the best moisturizing balm I've used. It edges out Musgo Real, my second favorite, and I love the minimal ingredients. I've tried the Cayman and after I found how much I liked that scent, I had him custom make a Star Anise balm.
I'm not affiliated with QCS in any way. I'm just a very happy customer.

This balm is amazing. one squirt is plenty for my whole face. lime vostock, and tried vetiver but didn't like the scent
