PUSSER'S Fresh West Indian Lime

I just received my order of this stuff today and I must say it is FANTASTIC. I know it is marketed/considered an aftershave but this seems to be the one lime that I can get to last on my skin for hours:thumbup: but as always YMMV. I'll make sure and add to the review after a few more days of this great juice.

There isn't any ingredients list on the bottle itself, nor did any come in the packaging. As far as fragrance notes go all I am getting is lime, lime, and more lime.

I can't speak for kingfisher, but my interest in knowing about the ingredients is to see how suitable it would be as an aftershave. Bummer they don't list them, but I've read elsewhere it's a pretty bare-bones concoction - basically just alcohol, scent, and maybe water. Sure sounds like it smells nice, though.

Hey, don't judge a book until you're under the covers.

Hehe...I usually like to make my judgments before getting under the covers. Then again, there have been times when I got under the covers despite my better judgment, which invariably I've regretted.

Um...are we still talking about aftershave?

I've always said, the only bad books are the ones you didn't pick up and read.

Why, yes we are still talking about aftershaves. What else?

It does seem to be pretty bare bones for sure. I will use it and it alone as my aftershave tomorrow morning and see how it goes.

I emailed them awhile back asking for an ingredient list. They never responded.

Having used this product several times as an AS, I can tell you that aside from the (strong! dramatic! kickass!) lime scent it worked pretty well. Meaning it didn't completely dry my skin out and/or make me feel like I was getting a chemical peel in the process. That being said, it's alcohol-based. So if your shave was rough, your face will know it.

However. I have still not used this AS under the covers. Or over the covers, for that matter. Nor do I plan to.

Pusser's? Wow, their rum is an old favorite in my family after having been to the Caribbean a few times. (BTW it is pronounced like 'Bus'). From the website's description, this is prob a very simple mix. Lime, alchohol, maybe water, maybe glycerin.

so based on the abbreviated ingredient list here, can i safely assume this is a splash and not balm? if it's a splash, i'm all over it.
