Proraso post shave

Has proraso ever marketed any post shave products in the u.s. in their history of selling their stuff across the u.s. that can be applied right after shaving that can prevent oily skin as a result of shaving? Lets say like 20+ years ago... not only proraso but also gillette, old spice, biore, or nivea? Would any of these fortune 500 companies in their history have sold in america a post shave product that can prevent by 100% oily skin which is a byproduct of shaving since shaving causes some peoples skin to dry out and thus produce more oils to compensate such oils that were stripped off by shaving?
