Hello all,
I find it interesting when people use products in ways that were obviously never intended by the manufacturer. For example, I have a bottle of acne treatment (I'm a youngun, what can I say) that says "astringent" on it, and when i read on the B&B wiki that one main function of alcohol-based aftershave is as an astringent, I figured I'd use what I have instead of buying a second bottle of alcohol, scent and dye. seems to burn the same way, so I'm pretty sure it's working.
I've seen a couple examples of this kind of thing in the wet-shaving world already, but I'd like to hear from you guys if you've got anything out-of-the-box in your shave kit that would seem misplaced to an outsider.
