problems getting on SCS site

Is anyone else having this problem at first I was getting an error that said the site was under maintenance and now I'm getting a message saying I'm forbidden from the site I'm wondering if it has something to do with joining the mailing list everything was fine til I joined about 12 hours ago hmmm.

The server is being changed, nothing to do with the newsletter. We were without email for about 12-14 hours today. It is now working but is a different program. I hope this will resolve soon. I apologize for any inconvenience.
