President replating question

Acc. to the wiki, the only real difference between these two is the finish: Diplomats are gold while Presidents are nickel, with occasional/rare rhodium (disputed). Aristocrats are similar but have that unknurled band on the handle, so it's easy to distinguish from the other two.

I just obtained what must be a President (Y2). The nickel is fairly rough - it'll polish up pretty good but won't be minty. The mechanics seem fine, though, so I want to look into having it replated.

There are members here who do replating but I've never seen someone actually advertise the service. Any suggestions who here take in replating jobs, so I can ask them? Or if one is reading this thread? Thanks!

Disregard plating request...just took it out of the Scrubbing Bubbles and broke out the Simichrome. The Prez polished up right nice that I can live with it.

Funny thing: one door is a little lazy, so upon tightening it up and looking down on the closed head, both doors pull away a bit from the centerbar at the tightest turn. I've never seen one do this before; am wondering if razor was overtightened in the past and it has stressed the doors. Hope it doesn't affect the cut angle too much because otherwise it seems in usable shape.
