It is a great looking bloom. Vulfix brushes has some of the biggest of them all.

I once measured the lateral bloom of my beast (vulfix 40) and it is a tad over 100mm across!

I lovely brush for sure! Here it is mine:

And I liked much! Although it's on the floppy side (is fitted with the same Best Badger hair than Simpson brushes but less dense), is enough firm to use with hard soaps without much problem and make pleasant facelathering. Anyway, I think that it shines specially in bowl with creams, but IMHO is one of the best all-rounded brushes for its price.

Cheers!

Is this brush particularly floppy? If so, do you like floppy brushes.
It's got some flop to it for sure. I've only used it once so far and love it. My big thing is that it needs to be soft on the face with very little to no scritch. This brush is extremely soft. I love it already.
Before this, I had been happy with a best badger from AOS :scared:. I know... It was my first brush and actually the last thing in my shave den to get an upgrade. I never had problems with it so I just kept it. Over the years it has got pretty dern soft. The AOS best was extremely floppy with a very high loft. This 2234 super has a shorter loft but same overall height and is miles ahead of that one. Should have upgraded earlier.

Here it is compared to my old AOS brush. I made a mistake above, the AOS is a pure. Not Best.
The loft height is a good half inch longer than the 2234. AOS was extra floppy which didn't really bother me, but it wasn't necessary.
