At the bar, a few too many (more than I'd planned, anyway) into my friend's 21st birthday party, with an El Morjane saddle billiard full of GLP Quiet Nights.
Spent the day and a few bowls colluding with Ten Russians.

Sheesh... that's one big pipe! How long does a smoke last?
It is easily a two hour smoke- and, as a cigarette smoker, I tend to smoke faster than a lot here.
oh sweet! I found a pic smoking my first pipe one day before new years eve 2016, so I was having the pipe for 6 days then, as I got it at 24th of December (christmas eve here) as a gift. Damn...one year of pipe smoking happend so fast... I hope for many years and decades to come - for y'all!

Oh, a fellow German pipe smoker! Pleased to meet you, I live in Bergheim (near Cologne, NRW), so sadly we aren't exactly living "around the corner", but maybe we'll meet on one of the pipe-shows next year? I'll definetly be at Lohmar in 2018!
