Portland, Oregon Shopping

Anyone know of some locations here in the Portland Oregon area that might carry scents, colognes, soaps, etc? I'm sure the high end stores in the mall are going to have some stuff, but I wouldn't mind coming across a nice little mom and pop joint that has a nice selection.
