Please help me ID this razor

I recently found this razor at my grandmother's house and I would like to know if it's a Gillette or just a knock off because the head design seems similar.

The only markings are on the bottom plate of the head. The top side says "Made in England" and the underside shows "3" and "X".

It does look like that one. Is it common that some razors are not branded with the Gillette logo?
