I've had this razor for years. I think it's an Ever Ready "New Improved" model that was only manufactured in the US from 1930 to 1933.

Correct. That is the ER version of what is usually referred to as a “1912” because of the patent date that is stamped on the bottom of the frame where it attaches to the handle.
