Pins and Washers in the UK?

Hi guys.

I was just wondering where to get any pins and washers from in the UK? Any ideas? Thanks.

You can find 1/16th brass rod in most model shops it might be labelled as 1.6mm or m1.6, if your lucky you can find m1.6 washers at a plumbing / electrical / builders merchant but that is most unlikely. I can to get my washers from America.

Its hard!! The brass rod is not a problem but the washers take a bit of time to track down and really expensive over here. Do what I did and order from www.microfasteners.com over in the US. Excellent products, way way cheaper and delivery only took 4 days, cant rate them enough
