Wow...I really like this one and SWMBO LOVES it! Very spicy smelling and not overpowering at all.

Whats the longevity & strenght of this stuff? How does it seem to compare to the Pinaud which seems to have a blast radius of 3 feet & lasts for 24 hours?

I put it on around 4 hours ago and I can smell it on my hands. I'll check with my wife when I go downstairs for lunch and get her opinion. I don't think it is any stronger than most after shaves that fall into this category but you can enjoy it for the day.

Which is to say, the Bay Rum has an initial blast which is nice, but it settles down quickly and isn't overpowering like the others. Well worth a try.

I finally bought a 12oz bottle of this, but online so I won't no what it smells like till I get it haha. I hope I like it! I like Pinaud, and from what I've read I should like it. But spending $8 for a 12oz bottle isn't a bad buy.
Longevity and strength are similar to Clubman, although the scent is completely different. And after the initial dry-down, it's a little less likely to "reach out and touch someone."
So I got my shipment of Clubman Bay Rum from Walgreens.com and was disappointed to find out that the bottle had leaked. Luckily, Walgreens had put it in a ziplock bag. I don't attribute this to Walgreens, it was the packaging that was at fault. The wrapper around the cap was very loose. Did anyone else buy theirs online and have this problem?
Just got a bottle of this today and i was lucky enough to some how get it on sale for under $5

I found a bottle on the Walgreen's sale rack for 90 cents last winter. I almost put it back because it has a very distinctive skunk smell in the bottle but rubbed a little on my arm and walked around the store for a few minutes to let it settle and it smells amazing. It's now one of my favorites.
Ah, Pinaud Clubman Virgin Island bay Rum. If you want to smell like a god, you must by the gods aftershave. PCVBR is not for the weak-hearted. For the unworthy, spontaneous human combustion has been known to occur.
