PIF-Bay Rum-PIF

I have a bottle of vintage Avon Bay Rum that I would like to PIF. I just can't seem to like any of the bay rums and I realize that many here on the B&B forum love the stuff, so I am giving mine away. The criteria to win is to first say that you are in, and then tell me the name of the person in my avatar. The first poster to correctly identify the person wins the A/S. In one week, if no one guesses correctly, I will start dropping hints until someone identifies him.

We have a winner! Wow, that was fast. I seriously thought no one would be able to recognize my most favorite singer/song writer of all time, especially in one of his later photos. OK lowjax, pm me your name and address and I'll get it out to you.
