Pics of NOS Kent brush v8

Just received this Kent v8...Not sure of the age or badger but swear this might be Silvertip. Similar is to a Kent BK 8.
The box is one I have not seen before from Kent.
Any comments or info greatly appreciated.

So glad to see a B&B brother got this special brush! I was salivating when it appeared on the 'bay. Wish I could tell you more, but my research didn't take me far. What I do know is that it is truly NOS - you can tell by the tight bulb. Kent is a legendary top-end English brush maker that sadly no longer makes badger brushes. I anticipate its value will only increase if you decide to store it, and it's value will be fully realized if you decide to lather away.

My compliments on a fantastic buy. I'll be watching this thread closely to see if others can chime in more deeply on its history.

Whoa, that's a beautiful thing. Like others have said Kent are great brushes but no longer do Badger from new. Mind their new synthetic brushes are not too bad.
