A found a nice GEM micromatic OC at the flea market today. Looked almost unused. Case a little busted up but hey what do you want for five dollars.

Pretty sweet.
You got a good price on the razor and a bit of case thrown in. What a shame about the case, but now if you ever find a good case without the blade vaults, your good to go!

Gave it a shave today. Great shave!
Yeah those cases, in good condition, are being listed frequently on the big auction site with totally unrelated razors in them (sometimes Gem 1912's, sometimes a random Gillette). You should be able to get one at a good price, because it seems fewer people bother to bid on mismatched sets. Don't lose those blade vaults. Those are the items hardest to find.

I thought the razor was a nice find but when I saw both blade vaults I was pretty surprised. Especially since the rest of it was busted up.
I love my Micromatic OC. It keeps me light handed as its pretty aggressive. I bought mine at a flea market as well. You gotta a killer razor for a killer deal!
