Personna Trac II/Atra Replacement Blades

My wife and son use a Gillette Atra and a Trac II. They'd been using the Walmart Wilkies and then I saw these.

It's a BIN so I hope it's ok. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these and if they were decent? I love my Personna Labs and Med Preps but I don't use an Atra/Trac II much at all.

I've got an Atra that I use once in a while. I like the blades from either Familly Dollar or Dollar General. Both of them have the glide strip. Those Personna's don't look like they do. More like the original Atra blades that Gillette sells. I think Familly Dollar gets $1.62 for a pack of 6 carts.

I bought a pack of those from either CVS or Walgreens....I can't exactly remember, but they seem to work fine for what they are. I haven't had the privilege of trying the original Gillette Atra or Trac II blades, so I can't tell you how they compare. Unlike the original Gillette blades, these blades are compatible with the Atra and Trac II handles.

I will tell you that after a few shaves, I found shaving with a DE was much more efficient. I found having to stop and unclog/rinse the cart every few seconds was really annoying.

Thanks lungho. I already tried with DE's with both of them (a tech for him and a Lady Gillette for her) and neither of them cared for it. They both seem to enjoy the Atra/Trac II so I'll see if I can keep finding them.
