Penhaligon's- thanks for your ideas!

Last week I posted asking for your ideas as to which are the best of Penhaligon's range of fragrances. Standing in a store trying to test a bunch of different colognes is fun, but I tend to want to grab one and run especially when I am in a busy store on a Saturday
I went shopping yesterday with a short-list and came home with a bottle of Endymion. Love it! Racquets might be the next addition when the weather warms a little.

Edit- forgot to add that the lovely young sales girl sent me on my way with samples of Racquets and Opus as well.

Endymion was the Pens fragrance I liked best of all the samples I was given. I recently purchased a bottle and am very impressed with it. To me Penhaligon's has the ultimate package (pardon the pun). You have the actual packaging and bottle which are works of art in themselves and you have the fragrance which is another work of art.

I am also a fan of endymion. I have been wearing it a year or two now.

The only drawback of Endymion is that the scent never goes away. (I know, seems like a strange complaint.)

If I put one tiny spray on my chest at 7:30 in the morning, the scent is strong all day, all through the evening, still wafting up when I hit the bed at 11:00 p.m., and sometimes I can still smell it the next morning until I wash it off in the shower!

I like the smell, but c'mon! If I used it everyday I would pretty much smell like Endymion for every minute of my entire life.

At least it goes away after your shower, I've had scents that I can still smell after I've showered, sometimes even through other scents
